If you’re anything like me, you've walked around carrying stuff no one sees. We feel the pressure to have it all together. To fix everyone's problems but never letting them see our own faults and failings.
But God sees through all of it.
And here’s the good news: He’s not disgusted by your weakness. He’s not waiting for you to clean yourself up.
He’s calling you His beloved son… right now.
The devil knows your name, but calls you by your sin.
God knows your sin, but still calls you by your name.
You don’t have to hide the struggle.
You don't have to muscle through the stress.
You don't have to hide the questions.
You were never meant to carry it alone.
The true mark of a heroic man isn’t perfection, it’s just honesty.
Honest with yourself, with others, and before God.
It’s standing in the truth that you are seen, known, and still loved.
So take a breath, brother.
You’re not hidden. You’re not forgotten. You’re not alone.
God loves you unconditionally, and no amount of sin could ever keep you away from Him. His arms are always open wide to all His children.
Go about your day and the rest of your week, knowing that YOU are loved and always will be.
I’ve been going through so much suffering, a lot of tiredness in the body and recovering from trauma , reducing my antidepressants and having a long period of mental anguish. Getting through it has been real but slowly getting it together and hopefully Jesus is showing me the way again. So, when I got this email today it was very very hopeful. How did you know 😊
Awesome post Gabe. Thank you for making us all better Catholic men. God bless and fight hard.
