Most of us are living like squires, waiting for someone to give us permission. Waiting until we feel "ready." Until we look the part. Until we’ve got our finances together or our past cleaned up or our schedule under control. But you don’t become a man and then act like a king.

You act like a king now. Then you grow into the crown.

Arthur didn’t plan for that moment. But he was training for it without even knowing it. Most "sword in the stone" moments in real life don’t feel magical. They look like a sick kid who needs their dad to step up. Or a friend about to make a bad decision. Or a moment where you speak truth when everyone else stays silent.

Because when the stone up in your life—when something meaningful and important shows up in front of you that no one else can handle—you won’t need to hype yourself.

You won’t need permission.
